Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to risks not associated with traditional financial systems, such as the absence of a central regulatory authority that can intervene in crisis conditions. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Exchange Plus LTD (“the Service”) and users of the www.exchplus.com (“the Website”).
The Service reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions unilaterally. Changes take effect upon publication unless otherwise specified.
By using the Service, users confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Users must comply with the Terms and Conditions before creating an order. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Website or its services.

Eligibility Criteria

Users must be individuals aged 18 or older with legal capacity.
If using the Service on behalf of a legal entity, users must ensure the entity is lawfully registered and that they are authorised to act on its behalf.
The Service reserves the right to suspend or refuse service at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and current personal information, including contact details. Any changes must be promptly reported to the Service.
Users must safeguard their account credentials. The Service is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from negligence in protecting this information.
It is prohibited to use the Service for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.

Services Provided

The Service offers cryptocurrency exchange, purchase, and sale services for fiat money through order creation on the Website.
Users confirm they legally own the assets involved in transactions.
The average processing time for orders is 5–60 minutes. Delays may occur due to external factors such as banking hours, public holidays, or technical issues with payment systems.
The Service is not liable for delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems, exchanges, or banks.

Fees and Exchange Rates

The exchange rate displayed at the time of order creation is final and includes all Service fees.
Additional fees for payment systems, blockchain networks, or banks may apply and are the user’s responsibility.
Minimum and maximum exchange limits are specified on the Website and may vary depending on the transaction type.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days from the transaction date.
A refund may incur a fee of up to 3% of the transaction amount. Network or payment system fees will also be deducted.
Refunds are not available for completed orders due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions.

Risk and Liability

Users acknowledge and accept the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions, including market volatility and potential financial loss.
The Service is not liable for:
• Losses caused by third-party actions or delays.
• Losses resulting from inaccurate user-provided information.
• Compromise of user accounts due to negligence in maintaining security.
The Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate an order in the event of suspicious activity, including potential fraud.

AML/KYC Policy

The Service adheres to strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
Users may be required to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to:
• A government-issued ID.
• Proof of address.
• Proof of ownership of funds.
The Service reserves the right to withhold transactions until verification is complete.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Service to:
• Conduct illegal transactions.
• Use fraudulent payment methods.
• Circumvent geographic restrictions or engage in activities prohibited by applicable laws.
The use of VPNs or proxy services to conceal location is strictly prohibited.

Order Cancellation and Expiry

Orders must be paid within 15 minutes of creation. Orders not paid within this time may be canceled automatically.
Payments received after order expiration may be subject to recalculation based on the current exchange rate or refunded minus applicable fees.
The Service is not responsible for losses due to order cancellation caused by user delays or incorrect payment details.

Final Provisions

The Service reserves the right to suspend access to the Website for maintenance or other reasons without prior notice.
All disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
